CARE PROFILE

In collaboration with the Human Emergence Group, we will introduce your team to the CARE Profile. The CARE Profile is a personality assessment that is rooted in social/emotional intelligence and makes understanding work & communication preferences incredibly easy.

Your team will understand their own profile before learning to style shift. They will learn about Cooperators, Analyzers, Regulators, and Energizers.

We will show your team how to identify their prospect’s motivation to buy, decreasing the time it takes to build meaningful relationships, leading to deeper collaborations and more new business.

Your team will learn to meet people where they are, begin to predict areas where unexpected tension occurs, and how to adapt to fix problems before they ever begin. Additional coaching can further deepen their skills and increase the impact your sales team has on company culture.

The CARE Profile can be taught in 2-4hrs depending on the level of depth you’d like your team to explore. This training pairs best with the Foundations of Emotional Intelligence in Business, and D.I.Y Discovery Calls.

Pro Tip: This is great training for senior staff. Try it out with your leaders and decide if it is the right fit for the rest of the company.
